Board Member

Joseph Kort, co-founder and president since 1996, has positioned Activeo as a key player in the specialised field of customer relationship consulting and contact centre integration.

In 2004, Activeo strengthened its position in the consulting area by combining with Affluence and so becoming a member of the LimeBridge Alliance.

With graduate degrees from Syracuse University in New York: Master in Telecommunications and Management, Joseph Kort began his career with Mobil. He then occupied several sales and management positions internationally and in France with HP, Datapoint and Data General.

Vinit has over 30 years of experience in operations management and technology.

Vinit has been involved in several consultancy assignments with global companies to help improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of their customer operations. In addition to managing customer experience measurement services for various clients, he plays a key role in conceptualizing and building technology products to help companies measure and manage customer experience and operations.

Prior to Activeo Celtycs, Vinit was Head of Operations of a leading Electronic Manufacturing Services provider based in Bangalore.

Vinit holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

Suren oversees a broad spectrum of administrative and operational functions, including facilities management, invoicing, payroll processing, and coordination with the finance, accounts, and labor law teams. He brings over 38 years of hands-on experience in administration and an additional 9 years of experience as an accounts assistant, which makes him exceptionally resourceful and dependable.

His ability to handle day-to-day operations efficiently, liaise with multiple teams, and ensure compliance with processes has made him an integral part of the organization. Whenever there is any matter related to facilities, administration, or internal coordination, Suren is the go-to person everyone relies on.

Hari brings over 22 years of experience in Customer Service Operations as an Associate Director at Activeo Celtycs, reflecting his proven leadership and impact. In his expanded role, he now oversees both the Service and Software Development verticals, managing a portfolio of diverse and high-impact projects.

Hari leads cross-functional teams across service delivery and software engineering, ensuring seamless alignment between business objectives and technical execution. He plays a strategic role in designing, implementing, and optimizing internal business processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Known for his ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary teams, Hari has been instrumental in driving organizational transformation, innovation, and scalable growth.

Ibnul is the go-to person for all IT and systems-related needs at Activeo Celtycs. With a strong technical background and years of experience, he efficiently manages and optimizes the company’s network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity, data security, and smooth day-to-day operations. Ibnul also extends his support to HR-related activities, assisting in areas such as employee onboarding/offboarding, internal communication, and process improvement. His involvement goes beyond technology.

With over 21 years of corporate experience, Ibnul brings deep expertise, reliability, and a problem-solving mindset to every task he undertakes.
